A: A premium domain name is a domain name that is not readily available but is already owned by another party. Premium domain names are often valuable, and have particular characterizations. The names are memorable, may contain words that are regularly searched on search engines, or keywords that help the name gain a higher ranking on search engines. They may contain generic words, so the word has more than one meaning.

Q: What is the value of a Premium Domain?
A: Premium domain names can sell for anything from a couple hundred dollars to millions of dollars.
Q: Do you offer any bulk discounts?
A: There are not standard bulk discounts, but when selling domains we definitely take the purchase of multiple domains into account and can reduce pricing accordingly.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), check, or wire transfer. We also offer payment plans.
Q: What is a payment plan?
A: A payment plan is a way to buy a great domain name without putting all the money down up front. We offer payment plans ranging in term for 2 to 60 months, and with down payments ranging from $0 to 95%. A domain name can be used (meaning redirecting the domain or changing the DNS) as soon as the first payment is received, but it cannot be transferred or sold to another party until the full balance is paid.
Q: Can I transfer the domain to another registrar after I purchase it?
A: Yes. As soon as the balance is paid on a domain name you it is yours and you can transfer it.
Q: Are the transactions safe? Is there an escrow process?
A: Yes, currently, all our domain names are registered through TierraNet, an ICANN accredited registrar. They provide an escrow type service where you create an account with them, then the domain is transferred to your account and an invoice is created. You then pay TierraNet.
Q: Can I use an alternative escrow service?
A: Yes, if you choose to use an alternative escrow service (such as escrow.com, for example) you will be responsible for all escrow fees.
Q: I have domains to sell, will you broker them for me?
A: Yes, we can help you price and sell domains and we are flexible with various portfolio sizes, from 1 domain to thousands. Please contact us for more information.
Q: Do you offer appraisals?
A: Yes, appraisals are $37/domain and include an expert analysis of the domain including a suggested retail price, minimum acceptable price, and sales features of the domain.
